    Men will consume 4-6 small meals a day, and women will do their best to eat 3 meal and 2 snacks. Men and women should finish their last meal 3 hours before bedtime.

    Water intake should be roughly 1/2 your body weight in ounces - we also recommend taking note when urinating. This is a great way to monitor water intake - if it has a yellow tint to it then that means more water.
